Save the Date: 2014 DC Fly-in Forum

If you had to skip NAPA’s inaugural DC Fly-in Forum last September because of a scheduling conflict — or if you want to make sure you return for the second Fly-in — you can now put Sept. 30-Oct. 1 on your 2014 calendar. Those are the just-released dates for next year’s Fly-in. The event will be held at the W Hotel in Washington.

This invitation-only event is for elite advisors only; substantive criteria must be met to be eligible. Invitations to this one-of-a-kind opportunity will be distributed by NAPA next spring; qualified invitees will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no fee for attending; delegates need only pay their own travel and lodging expenses.

In addition to roundtable discussions and meetings with congressional leaders and regulators, groups of Fly-in Forum delegates will be escorted to Capitol Hill to meet individual members of Congress and their staff. As part of their complimentary registration to the Forum, elite advisors will benefit from:

• discussions with influential congressional leaders
• collaborative advisor roundtables
• insight on regulatory issues from DOL and IRS officials
• Capitol Hill visits to key members of Congress
• breakfast, lunches, breaks, and a social reception with dinner

The inaugural Fly-in Forum in September 2013 was a resounding success — read our coverage of the event here and here. Also see this video we shot at the 2013 Fly-in with Washington Financial Group partner Joe DeNoyior, in which Joe describes how participating in the Fly-in helps his business.

Applications will be accepted beginning on January. Stay tuned for further announcements of confirmed speakers, agenda and website for the 2014 NAPA DC Fly-in Forum.
