TGIF. No, Really.

Think you’ve had a bad week? It could have been worse. Check out what happened to these guys… In New York City, Kinga Tabares, 27, was reportedly so inebriated when she and a friend got into a cab here…that the cabbie decided to drive the pair right to the police station…but not so drunk that she wasn’t able to drive away in the cab just as soon as the cab driver entered the police station to get some help…but so drunk that she didn’t get too far…though you’ll never guess why… In Somerset, Pennsylvania, Michele Leonard, 47, of Somerset, crashed her car about 5 p.m. Saturday…she was subsequently arrested, tested for blood-alcohol levels and then released…Michele then offered a stranger $3 for a ride back to her crashed vehicle…which she entered and began driving…only to again lose lost control of the car, sideswiping a parked car…and then crashing into a shed…but guess what she said to the owner of the shed… In Mobile, Alabama, police responded to a report of a prowler…and arrived on the scene, eventually spotting Jonathan Dupont, 30, sitting on a porch…with a flashlight and a handgun… a gunfight ensued, and Jonathan was hit…it wasn’t life-threatening, but it’s certainly painful… Thanksgiving is right around the corner, so it may be good to keep in mind that Butterball maintains a hotline to help folks with any turkey-related emergency…but then, they have also compiled a list of some of the crazier calls they have received over the years. Here are eight of the most memorable — and the answers! And finally, as you make preparations for Thanksgiving next week, an excerpt from what may well be the funniest TV episode ever about the holiday: This, however, is a close second: Have a great weekend, folks! For those who will be on the road, safe travels this Thanksgiving!
