TGIF. No, Really.

Think you’ve had a bad week? It could have been worse. Check out what happened to these guys (and gals)… In Cabot, Arkansas, Harold Dozier, 18, was pulled over by narcotics officers here… at which point he was charged with possession with purpose to deliver a counterfeit substance, unlawful use of a communication device and possession of drug paraphernalia… So, what do you have to have to qualify for that? Somewhere between San Francisco and Boston, on Virgin America flight 358, Lucas Wojciechowski noticed an unusual hotspot when he opened his laptop… How unusual? Well, it turned out to be troubling enough that it warranted an emergency landing…. Near Klundert, Netherlands, on Christmas Day law enforcement officials responded to a call regarding a naked man lying near the road here… When they arrived, they were unable to revive the individual… but then, the individual hadn’t really ever been alive to begin with… Sure you like Christmas… and sure we’d all like it to last longer… but would you go as far as Fraser Watt, 58, was willing to go to make that happen? In Delray Beach, Florida, Nicholas Hipp, 19, texted his mom… asking her to do him a solid… See, Nicholas had been in a car accident… in fact, he was texting his mom from the back of an ambulance… He wanted her to get something from the trunk of the car in which the accident had occurred… Now, unfortunately for Nicholas, the ambulance driver saw his text… and alerted the authorities… So, what was in the trunk? And finally, odds are if you had 10,000 Christmas lights you wouldn’t string them up where Jordan Wallace, 20, of Canberra, Australia did… or maybe you would… In any event, you ought to check it out… On this, the last working day of 2016, I’d like to thank each and every one of you for your support and encouragement over the past year. Have a great and safe New Year’s Eve – a fabulous start to your 2017 – and we’ll see you back here on Tuesday, Jan. 3!
