• Data “Minding”: NAPA Net portal conductor Nevin Adams of the Employee Benefit Research Institute and Douglas Fisher of Fidelity Investments offered thought-provoking ideas on interpreting and utilizing the large amount of data on private retirement plans to encourage better retirement outcomes.
• Retirement Readiness: Peter Kapinos, marketing manager at Putnam Investments, Don Stone of Plan Sponsor Advisors and Anthony M. Franchimone of Retirement Benefits Group discussed the importance of retirement readiness and plan design as a retirement readiness metric.
