Week 1: What Topics Top the Voting for the 401(k) Summit?

When we say that the NAPA 401(k) Summit is built by advisors, for advisors, we mean it – and with a week’s worth of voting, the top 10 topics are…

Yes – after less than a week, and with more than 3,000 votes thus far, the top 10 vote getters are:

  • Process for determining a reasonable fee/Benchmarking, Building your service agreement

  • NeuroFiduciary and behavioral governance – what elite retirement advisors will be talking about in 2020

  • Healthy AND wealthy – the whys behind the convergence of health care & retirement

  • Making the case for financial wellness

  • Building and guiding an effective plan committee

  • Responding to RFPs

  • How to reach participants that need the most help

  • Behavioral finance – beyond the “nudge”

  • The ideal plan – and how to get there

  • Build or buy? Managed account vs. TDF

But the voting has just begun – so don’t miss your chance to weigh in. As a reminder, we’ve loaded a starter set of topics – ideas from our steering committee, as well as topics that have been heavy and consistent traffic draws on NAPA Net. Our unique online voting tool will bring up two different session topics. All you have to do is pick your favorite – or add your own idea for others to vote on. Don’t think it matters? Three of the top 10 above were added to the voting tool this week.

Then you’ll get two more choices – vote or add one of your own. If you don’t like either of the suggestions (though that’s not likely) – there’s even an option for that. Every time you suggest an idea, it’s added to the pool of ideas that others vote on.

But beware: This can be addictive.
