It’s National TPA Day – and since many will have just wrapped up their Form 5500 filings, it’s a good day to say “thank you.”
John Hancock has declared today the second annual National TPA Day®, a celebration the company established last year to recognize the contributions and expertise of plan consultants (often known as third party administrators, or TPAs), and to educate financial advisors and plan sponsors on the many benefits of working with a TPA.
John Hancock celebrates National TPA Day annually on the first business day following the final Form 5500 filing deadline. This year, the filing deadline fell on Monday, Oct. 17, making today – Tuesday, Oct. 18 - National TPA Day.
