Fred was the driving force behind the launch of NAPA Net in 2012 and NAPA Net the Magazine in 2013, serving as their first Editor in Chief.

Fred is the founder of The Retirement Advisor University (TRAU), The Plan Sponsor University (TPSU) and 401kTV. Fred holds Series 6, 26, 28 and 63 licenses. He is a regular speaker before various retirement industry conferences around the country and internationally, and was cited in 401kWire’s “Most Influential People in the 401(k) Industry” in 2012. He holds a BA in History from Boston College and a JD from Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University.
