Thrive – Women's Mentoring Program
The NAPA Thrive Women's Mentoring Program facilitates mentoring relationships for female advisors by pairing current or aspiring advisors with tenured, successful advisors. The program encourages discussion of issues relevant to female advisors both when they begin their careers and as they are established. The program enables participants to develop meaningful mentoring relationships, hear different perspectives on the industry, and learn about topics that can help them grow and succeed.
Mentors and mentees are encouraged to talk via conference calls, casual lunches or coffee. Formal in-person meetings can also occur at the NAPA 401(k) Summit and other NAPA events, including the Women in Retirement Conference.
Please share your information so that the Committee can match you in a mentoring relationship. Both mentee and recommended mentor will have the opportunity to agree to the pairing before they are assigned to work together. Please note, the program is only open to NAPA members.
