The American Retirement Association will be performing scheduled maintenance on its digital learning products from 8:00 a.m. EDT on Friday, July 20 through 9:00 a.m. EDT on Monday, July 23. As a result, online exams, modules, recorded webcasts and digital study material will be unavailable.
Programs That Will Be Affected
The maintenance will affect access for individuals enrolled in online certificate programs, including:
- RPF
- TGPC-1
- DB-A
- ESOP-A
During that time, access to online preparation materials for the following programs also will be affected:
- DC-1
- DC-2
- DC-3
- DB
- CPC
- TGPC-2
Please plan accordingly.
Programs That Will Not Be Affected
The following programs will not be affected by the scheduled maintenance:
- EOB online subscriptions
- in-person proctored exams
- live webcasts
