Maresh Yoshida Rebrands as InTrust Fiduciary Group

In the wake of the departure of co-founding partner Henry Yoshida, Maresh Yoshida 401k Group is adopting a new name: InTrust Fiduciary Group.

“InTrust is an archaic spelling of entrust, which means ‘to invest or charge (with a duty, responsibility, etc.) or to put into the care or protection of someone,’” Michael Maresh, the firm’s principal, explains in blog post on the firm’s website. “After many years in this industry and having worked with so many plan sponsors over the years, it became apparent this is exactly what this company and our employees are all about.

“As principal owner, my focus remains on company strategy, business development, and as strategic relationship manager to many of our clients,” Maresh noted. “Part of my strategy is to hire additional experienced people in the near term to assist my team in taking care of our growing client base. We will also be expanding our services to address the needs of companies of all sizes in the months to come.”

The transition to InTrust Fiduciary Group will take place over the next several months. More information about InTrust, including a news release about the name change, is available here.
