OneDigital Investment Advisors, the registered investment advisor and a wholly owned subsidiary of OneDigital, has added Westminster Consulting, LLC—and approximately $6 billion in AUM.
According to a press release, the addition of Westminster Consulting will support OneDigital’s broader Retirement and Wealth division with streamlining fiduciary and investment consulting to defined contribution and defined benefit plans.
Upon joining OneDigital, Westminster Consulting will operate under the registered investment advisory of OneDigital Investment Advisors—adding over 71 retirement plans, representing $6 billion in plan assets. Thomas Zamiara and Sean Patton, overseeing Westminster Consulting, will join OneDigital each as Senior Vice President of Retirement Services. The entire Westminster team will join OneDigital serving in adjacent roles from the home office in Rochester, NY and locations in Syracuse, NY, Princeton, NJ, and Great River, NY.
