OneDigital Investment Advisors has just announced its seventh wealth management firm acquisition of 2022.
According to a press release, OneDigital has now acquired New Jersey-based JFL Total Wealth Management (JFL). JFL is a financial planning and wealth management practice specializing in comprehensive investment management, estate planning, retirement planning, proactive tax strategizing, insurance, and compliance and fiduciary services. JFL also works with small- and medium-sized businesses in northern New Jersey “to manage their 401(k) plans and provide financial advice for their employees.”
President Jerry Lynch will be joining OneDigital along with his five-member team, bringing approximately $300 million in assets under management across 383 private and corporate clients, according to the firm. The addition of JFL increases OneDigital Investment Advisors’ total assets under management to approximately $108.1 billion, representing over one million participants and 41,000 individual accounts.
