Pentegra Adds Two Industry Veterans to Team

Service Providers

The White Plains, NY-based firm announced that it is expanding its leadership team, with the addition of two new Vice Presidents—Paula C. Edmonds, Vice President, Trust Services, and Jeremy Lawson, Vice President, Head of Infrastructure.

As Vice President, Trust Services, Edmonds will oversee two wholly owned subsidiaries of Pentegra and a group trust for which Pentegra provides administrative and investment services. She will report to Eric Wietsma, Pentegra’s incoming President and CEO.

Edmonds joins Pentegra with a strong track record of professional success, according to the firm’s announcement. Most recently, she served as Vice President/Head of Operations at Empower where she oversaw and managed the Sponsor Services/Operations department. Prior to that, she spent several years at MassMutual Financial Group where she held various positions, including Assistant Vice President, Retirement Services; Director, Regulatory Disclosures; and National Accounts Manager. She holds an MBA from Western New England State College and a BS from American International College.

Lawson, meanwhile, will oversee Pentegra’s Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, reporting to Peter Sprague, Senior Vice President, Information Technology and Chief Technology Officer at the firm. Lawson joins Pentegra with more than 25 years of expertise, serving most recently as Director of Global IT Infrastructure & Security at Crane Worldwide Logistics.

“We are very pleased to welcome such talented and experienced professionals to our team,” stated Wietsma. “Paula and Jeremy’s impressive skills, deep knowledge and industry expertise will be instrumental in driving growth as we continue to develop enterprise level partnerships and expand our large plan and institutional 3(16) solutions.”
