TGIF…No, Really.

TGIF

Well, here we are again at the end of yet another workweek — and the beginning of a new month — but just look at what happened to these guys and gals…

First, some odds and ends…

In Cheltenham, UK, Cindy Lao purchased a Crucian carp from a local fishmonger while visiting friends in London for Chinese New Year…got home, put the fish on ice in her freezer…and then two days later, took out the fish to prepare it…and then, this…

In Orleans, New York, an SUV, its attached camper and two occupants…drove through two gates…and parked on what they may have assumed was solid ground…but was actually a pond…an iced over pond…of…what?

In Glemgormley, Northern Ireland, an unnamed man was pulled over…and asked for proof of insurance…which he apparently lacked…which makes his bumper sticker highly ironic…

And now for the main “events”:

In Lansing, Michigan, an unnamed 33-year-old man was pulled over for speeding in a 2020 Dodge Charger….for going 86 mph…over the speed limit…which was…well, you aren’t going to believe THIS…

In Barnstable, Massachusetts, Devarus Hampton, 40, was charged with a crime 12 years after it occurred…based on DNA evidence…from a sweet potato?

In Marietta, Georgia, Robert Devlin, 37, called 911 to report that a pickup truck parked near a shopping center could have a bomb inside…and turns out, it did…and Robert should know…

In Saginaw, Michigan, an unnamed 34-year-old man called 911 because he was being denied services for which he had allegedly paid $10… but law enforcement was NOT sympathetic to his “plight”…

In Big Copitt Key, Florida, Alexander Rey Rivero, 31, was pulled over for driving 35 mph in a 25 mph zone… at which point the arresting deputies found out he was driving without a valid driver’s license…and on what he spent his $500 tax refund…

And finally, in South Euclid, Ohio, an unnamed man was spotted leaving a Giant Eagle grocery store here…with a shopping cart full of $498.41 in unpaid merchandise…and then get into a getaway car…and, get away…but then he stopped at the nearby Express Auto Wash…and, despite that, failed to make a “clean” getaway

Have a GREAT weekend, folks!
