TGIF…No, Really.

TGIF

Well, here we are again at the end of yet another workweek — and just a couple of days away from the NAPA 401(k) Summit — but just look at what (still) happened to these guys and gals…

First, some odds and ends…

Is peanut butter a liquid? A ruling from the TSA:  https://www.foxbusiness.com/lifestyle/tsa-declares-peanut-butter-liquid-social-media-reacts

The worst drivers in America are…where? Well, based on the average number of…what?

In Perranporth, Cornwall, UK, Tom Arnold needed some new reading glasses…and, since they were often misplaced, he thought he’d order a few extra…10, he thought… but I guess he really did need those glasses…

“19 Poor, Miserable Souls Who Are Just Having A Much, Much, Much, Much, Much Worse Week Than You” — hey, that’s the headline.

Did you miss the alien abduction of 8,000 people on March 23? Don’t worry, apparently you’ll get a second chance

And now for the main “events”:

In St. Clair, Missouri, James D. Crump Jr., 28, was arrested after violating a protection order…guess how long after he had been served with that order? Hint: Not very

In Oak Hill, Florida, Jan McGee proves that even intelligent folks can be scammed… but this one seems avoidable…

In Moore County, North Carolina, Jason Scott bought a Maserati for more than $68,000 from Carvana… as a birthday gift for his wife….then he took it in for servicing…

In Palm Bay, Florida, Jevon Jackson, 22, was clocked going 100 mph…in a 40-mph zone… he had a job-related explanation…sort of…

In Colorado Springs, Colorado, we’re not quite sure how this happened…but we DO have pictures…

In Avon, UK, an unnamed 19-year-old somehow managed a difficult parking job… but getting out of it

And finally, in Chisago County, Minnesota, an unnamed driver was pulled over one recent Friday night…asked for his driver’s license, he proffered it…and another item which earns him this week’s “nice try” award…

Have a GREAT weekend, folks! Talk up TGIF at the NAPA 401(k) Summit – and see you THERE!
