These days most retirement plans offer a Roth contribution option – and yet few, if any, have that as a default – and, perhaps as a consequence, relatively few savers make that choice. This week, we’d like to know – what, if anything, are you doing with Roths?
Specifically, we’re curious as to whether the subject is coming up more now than in the recent past, whether plans are using (or at least talking about using) Roths as a default contribution type, what the take-up rate for Roths has been, and how you think that might have changed – and be changing – if at all – in the future.
