The well-known and highly regarded ERISA attorney could be making a move.
OK, now that I persuaded you to read this far, Clark has been appointed as the Wagner Law Group’s Chief Operating Officer. In his new role as the firm’s COO, a position that was created “to complement our firm's steady growth,” Tom will work closely with Managing Director Marcia Wagner as a senior leader of the firm, according to a Jan. 15 press release.
In his expanded role, Tom, who may well relocate to the firm’s Boston headquarters in a couple of years, will be responsible for overseeing certain day-to-day operations, as well as researching and implementing key innovations.
While Tom (and Marcia) are well known in our industry, you may recall some judicial notoriety from earlier this year when none other than a federal judge pointed out that Marcia Wagner was not Tom Clark.
The Wagner Law Group now has approximately 60 employees in 10 offices around the country.
