What’s Top of Mind for Advisors?

One of the most popular sessions at the NAPA 401(k) Summit is the “advisor-to-advisor” roundtables — and this year we’ve added something new! Advisor-to-Advisor Roundtables It can be difficult to obtain an objective viewpoint on a specific topic or idea if you are only looking to those who share your view, commonly your colleagues or your home office support team. In this year’s peer-to-peer sessions, we are creating a truly interactive environment for attendees — five breakout rooms where we incorporate a roundtable format to discuss, debate and highlight some of the top services, challenges and forward-thinking ideas to create better retirement plans. The session is moderated by advisors — for advisors, and will provide you with actionable ideas and strategies to take back and implement into your practice. New for 2016! Home Office Peer-to-Peer Roundtables Home office staff is constantly facing challenges in trying to deliver the best products/services for our advisors while also complying with regulatory requirements. Join your home office peers for an interactive discussion on how they plan to comply with the new DOL fiduciary regulations and other timely topics. This is a great opportunity for you to meet your peers at other organizations and hear how they are addressing challenges that you may be facing as well. This session is open to everyone but discussions will be limited to moderators and home office representatives only. Peer-to-peer interaction — just one more reason to attend the NAPA 401(k) Summit — the nation’s retirement plan advisor convention. April 17-19 — Nashville, Tennessee.
