The Securities and Exchange Commission has, of course, finally published a new version of Regulation Best Interest, the new Customer Relationship Summary, and more. This week, we’d like to know: Have you had a chance to read it?
Admittedly, these are thick documents, and there’s a lot going on – but there are some important aspects for advisors in there, and the clock is ticking on implementation.
So, this week, we’d like to know if you’ve had a chance to read it, open it, glance at it, or perhaps been able to work your way through the various summaries (including ours) – and what, if any, opinion you have on this undertaking, and what difference, if any, you think it will make.
