In what was described as a “response to record demand for Valuation and M&A Services,” Wise Rhino Group, Inc. has entered a partnership with Greg Koleno of Zuna Holdings.
According to the announcement, the partnership will allow WRG to further support Retirement and wealth advisory, TPA and industry technology firms with business valuations and diagnostics and M&A advisory services. Koleno will remain with ZUNA but will jointly work alongside the Wise Rhino team in M&A advisory, valuation and benchmarking for firms.

Prior to ZUNA, Greg led both M&A transaction teams at several boutique investment banks, National Retirement Partners (NRP) acquisition efforts and practice management, and is responsible for facilitating over 20 advisory firm transactions including of advisory firms the sale of NRP to LPL Financial in late 2009.
Since 2018, Wise Rhino Group has assisted more than 225 of the industry’s retirement and wealth advisory and TPA firms hone their growth strategies through business valuations and diagnostics services, while also guiding more than 75 clients through transactions totaling over $1.5 billion in total deal value.
