Steff is the author of the "Inside the Plan Sponsor's Mind" column for NAPA Net the Magazine.

He is the executive director of The Retirement Advisor University (TRAU), The Plan Sponsor University (TPSU) and 401kTV. He is also the co-founder and CEO of Fiduciary Consulting and Governance Group, Inc. and founder of CHALK Advisory Board, Inc. Since 1995, CHALK 401(k) Advisory Board has served in a fiduciary capacity to over $12 billion of retirement plan assets. Steff has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry, including serving as an advisor/consultant to a global consultancy and Fortune 500 Companies. He is a co-author of How To Build a Successful 401(k) Retirement Plan Advisory Business, which is used by universities and College for Financial Planning (CFP) students.

A founding member of the National Association of Independent Retirement Plan Advisors, he has been recognized by 401kWire as one of the 300 Most Influential Advisors in Defined Contribution Plans.
