SUMMIT TALK #5

Last night the U.S. Court of the Appeals for the 5th Circuit threw the fiduciary rule a bit of a curve – but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered at the NAPA 401(k) SUMMIT. Here’s how…

Our opening keynote will feature American Retirement Association CEO Brian Graff, with his insightful (and entertaining) take on things – and he’ll be joined by the new head of the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), Preston Rutledge, the man at the center of the future of the fiduciary regulation .

Not that that’s all they’ll have to talk about. We’ve also got the prospects for open MEPs, state-run retirement plans and electronic disclosures – and the Retirement Enhancement and Savings Act is back!

We’ve also put together a special workshop session – “Suit” Cases – Lessons from 401(k) Litigation with a very special panel of litigators:

  • Karen Scheffler, Senior Vice President, Senior ERISA Legal Counsel, AB

  • Michael Wolff, of Counsel, Schlichter Bogard, & Denton

  • Tom Clark, Wagner Law Firm

It’s all part of the Advisor Experience at the NAPA 401(k) SUMMIT – the nation’s retirement plan advisor convention. Aren’t you glad you’ll be there?
