What’s on Tap for the NAPA 401(k) SUMMIT?

Any minute now, advisor registrations for the NAPA 401(k) SUMMIT will cross the 1,000 threshold (perhaps even as you read this). Here’s a taste of what’s on the Day 1 agenda that YOU helped create for the nation’s retirement plan convention.

We’ll get things off to a quick and compelling start with our “From the Hill to the Summit” panel featuring the newly appointed head of the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA). Preston Rutledge, EBSA Assistant Secretary of Labor, has a long history of working with the regulations and legislation that affect workplace retirement plans, and he’s been invited to join American Retirement Association CEO Brian Graff for an exclusive and wide-ranging discussion about the future prospects for the fiduciary regulation, open MEPs, state-run retirement plans and electronic disclosures.
