Last week the SEC unveiled its much-anticipated fiduciary proposals – at a time when we still don’t know what the Labor Department will do in the wake of the 5th Circuit’s decision to vacate its fiduciary rule.
Sure, it's a big proposal (three of them, actually) – but, even if you haven’t (yet) gotten through all of the documents, this week we’d like to know what you think – about what this could mean for the issue of fiduciary status, how (or if) it might impact/influence the Labor Department’s next steps – and what you’d like to see happen next.
