John Hancock Retirement Plan Services has hired Thomas Martin as Northeast regional vice president. Martin is responsible for sales and relationship development with financial representatives and plan consultants in eastern New York State and south Fairfield County, Conn., and reports to Ray Hemstreet, divisional vice president of the firm’s Northeast Division. Martin has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, all in the field of retirement plans, and most recently served as a regional sales director for a significant retirement plan provider.
