Mutual of Omaha Retirement Services’ 401(k) customers now have a new tool to benchmark their plans and identify changes that will help plan participants successfully prepare for retirement. Mutual's Plan Health Assessment provides retirement plan advisors and their employer clients with a thorough and straightforward summary of their plan's overall health, industry and plan size benchmarks, and recommendations for improving participation and outcomes.
"We built the Plan Health Assessment tool because it is consistent with our strategy of bringing large plan functionality to the small to mid-size 401(k) market," said John Corrieri, Vice President of 401(k). “Because financial advisors are important intermediaries between plan providers and the employers who sponsor 401(k) plans for their employees, the Plan Health Assessment is designed to allow advisors to review plan goals, plan design, education and communication with their clients.”
The Plan Health Assessment is available at no charge to Mutual of Omaha Retirement Services 401(k) clients.
