Litigator Goes Fishing Based on CIT Investments

Attorneys at Seattle-based ERISA litigators Keller Rohrback L.L.P. say they are investigating losses to employees’ retirement savings plans with investments in certain collective trusts.

According to a press release, current and former employees with the following retirement plans may be affected, though how, or in what CITs, isn’t specified:
