Reed-Ramsey, Inc.

Firm Profile

Reed-Ramsey is a non-producing benefit and human resource consulting firm with our core business in the retirement plan area. We provide services for all defined contribution, ESOP and defined benefit Plan designs. Reed-Ramsey creates strategic alliances with investment professionals to meet our mutual client’s needs

Throughout our 70 plus years, we have been known as problem solvers. We provide our clients with a customized approach. In an alliance with the investment advisor, we can provide the advantage of one-stop shopping for the defined contribution plans while still providing our clients with the expertise of firms who specialize in the three important functions required for qualified plans: recordkeeping, asset management and education/ communication.

One item that differentiates Reed-Ramsey from many of our peers is our commitment to provide high quality service with a personal touch. Each client is assigned a primary administrator and a back-up team. They are involved from start-up (conversion) right through to every administrative/recordkeeping function. The process is not departmentalized but performed by the same individuals who have a broad knowledge of the plan and its legal requirements. Reed-Ramsey’s employees are generally with us for the long-term. This means a consistent approach and unparalleled service.

While our office is in the Chicago area we function on a national scale and focus on mid-size clients.
