We’ve all be through a lot these past 18 months—and while the Delta variant has thrown a bit of a monkey wrench into things, timing-wise, well—we’re all looking back on lessons learned—and looking ahead to what the future could be.
Some are claiming that working from home has produced a more productive and flexible environment—others that not being “together” undermines culture, creativity and a shared sense of purpose. Regardless, we’ve all had an opportunity to reflect on how we were—and how that might be different, and perhaps better, going forward.
