Voya Financial’s Retirement Solutions business has announced two new hires to support the company’s Large Corporate retirement plans market:
• Peter Southard joins the firm as a senior account executive, National Accounts. Southard brings more than 25 years of industry experience, with a strong background in the investment management, 401(k), defined benefit and health and welfare markets. Previously, Southard was responsible for selling benefits outsourcing services for Fidelity Investments to Fortune 100 companies, and worked in the investment service area for MFS and Putnam Investments.
• Ben Moy joins the firm as a client solutions lead. Moy has more than 20 years of HR and benefits experience and a strong implementation and operations background. Most recently he led the operations team for Fidelity Investments Consulting Group.
Both Southard and Moy are based in Voya’s Braintree, Mass. office and report to Steve Keating, head of Large Corporate Market Sales.
