Top Topics for NAPA 401(k) Summit Shift Again

Mere hours remain to vote on the topics you’d like to hear/learn/talk more about at the NAPA 401(k) Summit – here’s where they stand.

The bottom line is still the bottom line: “Enhancing profitability in a fee compressed world” remained atop the voting list. Beyond that, we have a new #2 this week, though arguably it’s very much in the same vein: “Process for determining a reasonable fee/Benchmarking, building your service agreement” – an item that was fifth on last year’s list.

This week’s #3 held steady: “Financial wellness – how advisors can use it to differentiate; and how they can successfully pitch it to sponsors.” And after that? Well the rest of the top 10 was:

  • Are your meeting minutes an asset or a liability? How to effectively write and maintain investment committee meeting minutes

  • MEPs to PEPs – the impact of new small plan legislation

  • How to turbocharge your retirement business thru technology

  • Issues plan sponsors complain about

  • Showing added value in the RFP process

  • Serving the small plan space effectively

  • Disruptive forces in the retirement space

We’re not done yet – but the end, as they say, is near.

Haven’t weighed in yet? There’s still time. Already voted?

There are probably some new topics in the tool that you haven’t seen. Regardless – come check it out. And vote. Here.
