Complaints and Discipline

Pursuant to the Disciplinary Procedures and the Code of Conduct, a complaint may be made against any NAPA member. In addition, NAPA will provide the status of any disciplinary proceedings, current and historic, for any NAPA member, upon written request.

To make a complaint about any NAPA member, please submit your information electronically to [email protected]. Anonymous submissions will not be considered pursuant to NAPA policy. Complaints will be considered according to NAPA's Disciplinary Procedures.

To receive current and historic disciplinary information about any NAPA member, please submit the name of the member about whom you require this information to [email protected]. Requests will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt.
