Conferences & Events

Whether it’s criticism from academia or sweeping proposals from lawmakers, the private sector retirement savings system—and 401(k)s in particular—is increasingly at risk.

We need your help in defending working Americans’ ability to save for a secure and sustainable retirement. That means your advocacy is now more important than ever!

Join us at the NAPA D.C. Fly-In Forum!

Now in its 12th year, the 2024 NAPA D.C. Fly-In Forum is a convergence of the nation’s elite advisors in Washington, D.C., to engage with key federal policymakers and advocate for legislative and regulatory policy that affects the industry.

NAPA DC Fly-In Forum—July 30-31—Washington, D.C.

Your perspective—and your voice—are critical to the nation’s retirement security. Through your membership in NAPA, the D.C. Fly-In Forum is still the most effective way to get the inside scoop about what’s happening, and what’s coming next.

Emerging Advisor Opportunity

As we look to build and further develop the next generation of retirement plan advisors, we are again permitting approved advisor delegates to the NAPA D.C. Fly-in Forum to have the opportunity to include an “emerging” advisor in this experience. This emerging advisor is expected to have less than five years of retirement plan experience, be an individual already working in the retirement plan space that would benefit from the experience and one who is ready for an expanded level of involvement in our profession.

PLEASE NOTE: The senior advisor-delegate must accompany the junior advisor to the NAPA D.C. Fly-In Forum and the Capitol Hill interactions.
