Great-West Financial has appointed Andrew Gracan, an experienced sales leader, as regional sales director of national accounts for its Northeast market. Gracan is responsible for sales of 401(k) and 403(b) products to sponsors of large-market corporate and nonprofit organizations in Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. He is based in Pittsburgh and reports to Barbara Lewis, head of large market 401(k) and 403(b) sales.
Gracan joins Great-West Financial from First Commonwealth Financial Advisors, Inc., where he served as vice president, retirement plan advisory group, since February 2012. While in this role, he transitioned a fully bundled trust-delivered retirement plan business to a fiduciary services/registered investment adviser model and retained 100% of the business. From 2007 to 2012 he was vice president of large market sales at J.P. Morgan Retirement Plan Services.
