In light of recent developments, including significant changes to CDC guidelines for large events, the NAPA Leadership Council has decided to reschedule the upcoming 2020 NAPA 401(k) Summit.
The NAPA team has been watching Coronavirus developments and doing contingency planning for the Summit for several weeks, most recently meeting on a daily basis to assess the status of travel and accommodations. It has not been easy, but after working closely with event partners at Universal and Loews Hotels, we have been able to work out a single window of dates able to accommodate a convention of our size this fall.
Different Dates, Same Location
We are, therefore, pleased to announce that the 2020 NAPA 401(k) Summit will now take place from September 10-12, 2020. We will still be in Orlando, Florida at Universal, but the Summit agenda will now begin at noon on Thursday, September 10th, and end at noon on Saturday, September 12th, with the NAPA Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor bootcamp to follow immediately.
Despite the change in dates, everything you love and have come to expect about the NAPA 401(k) Summit will stay the same; same great agenda, same great caliber of speakers and same amazing NAPA After Dark networking events. Better still, we have already reconfirmed the availability of our great keynote speakers, US Navy Seal Marcus Luttrell and USWNT Coach Jill Ellis.
There ARE some exciting updates to share—because of the schedule change we are now able to have the NAPA After Dark Party in the Park at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Jurassic Park! And we have been able to negotiate a 10% reduction in the room rates for this event.
Already Registered?
Those who have already registered for summit; we will automatically rollover your Summit registration to the new dates[i]. You don’t need to worry about existing hotel reservations—those will be automatically cancelled, and any deposits refunded. You can make new hotel bookings at https://napasummit.org/orlando
