MassMutual Wins Two ContactCenterWorld Awards

Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company won two awards at the 2014 ContactCenterWorld Global Top Ranking Performers Best Practices Conference, the firm announced Dec. 3.

MassMutual was named to the 2014 Best in the World list, winning a gold medal for Best in Community Spirit, which exemplifies MassMutual’s commitment to corporate responsibility initiatives including volunteer efforts, philanthropy and educational programs that all employees are encouraged to participate in. 

In addition, a MassMutual employee, Jessica Reid, was awarded a gold medal in the Best Customer Service Professional category, recognizing her commitment to providing exemplary service to customers.
