NAPA Announces DC Fly-In Forum

By Kristine J. Coffey, CPC

The NAPA Leadership Council launches a unique, one-of-a-kind opportunity, open only to top advisors by invitation. The best of the best advisors convene at the 2013 NAPA DC Fly-In Forum on Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept. 24–25, 2013. Elite advisors gather at the W Hotel and on Capitol Hill to impact policy and the industry.

Such thought and action leaders in the retirement plan marketplace get exclusive access to:
• governmental leaders from Congress and the Departments of Treasury and Labor; and
• retirement industry-leading advisors and advocates.

Invited advisors meet substantive qualifications to participate — based on retirement plan experience, business focus on retirement plans, retirement plan assets under management, number of plans and, of course, NAPA membership. The meeting will be limited to 100 advisors who are NAPA members.

The honor of Fly-In Forum sponsorship is available to NAPA 2013 Firm Partners. There are a limited number — eight — of Forum sponsors who enable qualified attendees to fully participate in the event. Forum sponsorship indicates their commitment to the advisor-centric model for retirement plan quality and their forward action in the marketplace.

Lasting relationships are built in strategic, interactive roundtables. Attendees make a difference for the retirement industry, for their clients and for themselves.

“Plan Advisors Flock to Washington!” Stay tuned for further announcements of confirmed speakers, sponsors and website.

Coffey is a member of the ASPPA Board of Directors and co-chair of the 2013 NAPA DC Fly-In Forum.
