OneAmerica has announced the implementation of a three-region sales and distribution structure for retirement services that is expected to improve geographic proximity, create efficiencies and increase productivity. Paul Citron has been named vice president of national sales and field service and will oversee all three regions. OneAmerica has also announced Mark Glavin as vice president of the western region, Pat Kendall as vice president of the eastern region, Duane Jeffers as regional vice president and tax exempt specialist of the central region and Miki Sakata as regional sales director in Northern California and Nevada. The expansion will be complete following the end of a search for a vice president of central region sales, which is currently in progress.
