The companies of OneAmerica have launched OneCheck, a set of tools and reports monitoring retirement plan health for participants and sponsors. It contains many tools aiding in retirement preparation, including the OneCheck Plan Report, which provides a plan-level analysis of an employee group’s average income replacement ratio using assumptions provided by the plan sponsor. The content of the report can be used to determine the success of the plan and whether employees are on track for adequate retirement savings. A separate Retirement Readiness Report helps to indicate retirement readiness and suggests key action steps to take.
