OneDigital Investment Advisors has announced its third wealth management acquisition of 2022.
According to a press release, OneDigital has acquired the assets of Generations Wealth Planning, LLC (GWP). Located in Sarasota, FL, the wealth management only firm, which currently serves over 200 clients, “…will help build OneDigital’s capabilities in the Tampa area where we have a strong employee benefit and retirement presence,” said Vince Morris, President of OneDigital’s Retirement + Wealth division. “In turn, OneDigital will help their firm grow even stronger and wider through enhanced cross sale opportunities.”
Serving over 200 clients, Rob and Kevin Lyons, a father-son duo, will bring their experienced teammates to join OneDigital’s relentless drive to add value to their clients.
In January, OneDigital Investment Advisors acquired the assets of HM Capital Management, LLC., with roughly 100 wealth management clients and 45 institutional consulting clients representing almost $5.5 billion in assets under advisement. It announced the acquisition of wealth management firm Gouldin & McCarthy earlier that month.
OneDigital Investment Advisors currently has over $81 billion in total assets under advisement and consults on over 5,000 retirement plans with over 1 million participants and 15,000 individual accounts. Strategic partnerships have led to significant growth for the firm, fueling its investments in technology.
