OppenheimerFunds Launches New Advisor-Driven Site

OppenheimerFunds has unveiled a new website for advisors featuring practice management resources, an advisor-only discussion forum and fund performance data. With the growing competition for advisors’ attention and business, their goal was to create an innovative and unique user experience that will keep advisors returning to the site.

The firm modeled the website’s retail-consumer experience after such web giants as Zappos, Amazon, Google, Food Network and Ticketmaster. Also featured are video profiles of the firm’s portfolio managers. Philipp Hensler, OppenheimerFunds’ head of distribution, says he hopes the website will strengthen the company’s relationships with the advisors who manage their $212.25 billion in assets.
