Resources Investment Advisors has announced that Scottdale, Arizona-based 401K Resources became an affiliated firm on Jan. 2, 2020.
The announcement comes just two days after OneDigital announced that it has acquired Resources Investment Advisors.
Led by Renee Scherzer and Kari Baker, 401K Resources serves the needs of retirement plan sponsors and participants, providing clients with strategies to empower their employees to build financial independence while managing the fiduciary liability of organizations and their executives.

Renee and Kari’s longstanding commitment to helping retirement plan sponsors creatively manage their plan is a great match for Resources’s culture and philosophies locally and nationally,” Resources Investment Advisors President Vince Morris said in a statement.
As a result of the Resources partnership with 401K Resources, the firm’s retirement and wealth management services will be offered by 30 different teams, serving nearly 550,000 plan participants.
