Independent managed account provider Stadion Money Management announced Nov. 4 that it has begun offering Custom Advisor Managed Account Services for retirement plans.
The firm notes that its platform will support advisors’ fiduciary roles in the construction and delivery of the service, from selecting the underlying investments, to determining the core asset allocations and participant-level allocation methodology. The service will be offered across a variety of recordkeeping platforms.
“We are big believers in the value that advisors bring to retirement plan participants and our new capability allows them to offer their services in a highly customized and scalable way. Advisors utilize their best thinking inside of a participant level custom solution, a vehicle which we believe can provide better participant outcomes,” Jud Doherty, President & CEO of Stadion, said in a statement announcing the platform.
