TGIF. No, Really.

Think you’ve had a bad week? It could have been worse. Check out what happened to these guys… So, in 2015, have more people died from shark attacks… or “selfies”? In St. Albans, Vermont, Kristofer Pregent, 22, wanted to be fired from the Barry Callebaut chocolate factory here… so he stole a co-worker’s cellphone… and made a bomb threat under a different worker’s name… he did manage to get fired… and then some.  So, let’s say you wanted to steal a vehicle… and let’s say you thought you’d go for a van… this is probably not the van you should go after…  In Esto, Alabama, Richard D. Morgan, 41, walked into the Big Daddy Liquor Store here at 9:30 in the morning… looking to cash in a lottery ticket… and was promptly arrested by police for a robbery at the same store from the prior evening. Guess what was stolen? In Manchester, New Hampshire, Shad Badeau, 40, arrived home to find his car in the process of being repossessed… in fact, it had already been placed on a tow truck and lifted… Shad quickly took action to prevent this from occurring… though arguably it wasn’t the most effective response… In Allentown, Pennsylvania, Steven Felton, 34, was sentenced to 62-124 years in prison, following his conviction for 10 robberies in the Lehigh Valley area… he offered an unusual… and apparently ineffective… defense…  And finally, sure, you’ve gotten big cellphone bills… but I’ll bet none this big…  Have a great weekend, folks!
