TGIF. No, Really.

Think you’ve had a bad week? It could have been worse. Check out what happened to these guys (and gals)… In Delray Beach, Florida, William Jankiewicz, 43, pedaled away from Bicycle Generation here on a high-end bike that he did not pay for… How high end? Well, apparently the Specialized Tarmac Pro Road Bike goes for around $5,500… So, what did William do with his new “acquisition”? Let’s just say something he shouldn’t have… In Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana, Dylan Christopher Thompson, 20, was driving his 1999 Ford pickup at high speeds… and went on to lead law enforcement officials on a 10-mile chase… at speeds of around 100 mph… Now, we’ve heard of folks who call on the Almighty in times of trouble… but Dylan took it to a whole new level… In Worthing, West Sussex, UK, Bruce Dewey, 36, dodged stop sticks deployed to burst his tires… weaved in and out of traffic… and crossed onto the wrong side of the road while being chased by police… And, looking for help, made a quick call… but it wasn’t the kind of help he needed… In Washington, DC, an unnamed woman sat down next to a police officer at the Italian Pizza Kitchen about 9:45 pm… tried to start a conversation… but then she proceeded to steal something from him… and then took something else… finally leading to her arrest for second-degree theft… So, what did she take? In Lakeland, Florida, Victoria Herrington got a $114 ticket… for speeding… but it didn’t have anything to do with how fast she was moving… And finally, in Plainfield, Connecticut, Randy Valade, 37, drew the attention of employees at a Cumberland Farms store here… who summoned police after Randy drifted off after spending 40 minutes attempting to make a milkshake… Why did it take him so long? Have a great weekend, folks!
