Vote on Trend Setter Topics for the 2021 NAPA 401(k) Summit!

Conferences & Events

Having taken a holiday “breather” from topic selection for the 2021 NAPA 401(k) Summit, it’s time to focus on our third category—trend setters!

As a reminder, we’ve already got the location (Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas), the dates (Sept. 12–14, 2021) and we’ve begun working through a list of exciting keynote speakers, and, yes—making plans for Summit “After Dark.”

But that amazing, compelling, and innovative agenda starts with you—you help set the framework for the NAPA 401(k) Summit agenda—by voting on the topic(s) you’d most like to be on that agenda, come September.

How it Works

As is our custom, we’ve loaded a starter set of topics—ideas from our steering committee, as well as topics that have been heavy and consistent traffic draws on NAPA Net. Our unique online voting tool will bring up two different session topics. You pick the one of the two that you like best—and then you get to pick between another two—and so on.

Don’t like either one? Say so. Got another idea? Add it. Every time you suggest an idea, it’s added to the pool of ideas that others vote on (but note—it won’t show up immediately, and if you add it more than once—well, it will only be added once, no matter how many times you try to add it).

Which of these trends-setting topics sounds most interesting for the 2021 NAPA 401k Summit? You can get started at http://www.allourideas.org/trendsetters.

And Don’t Forget About…

We’ve received more than 3,250 votes on investment-related topics to date (in-plan spend down solutions, PEPs, simplifying plan menus, and the case for managed accounts are currently atop that list), and we’ve received nearly 2,800 votes on practice management topics (where responding to RFPs, designing a plan within a total rewards strategy, value added services to avoid sticker shock and a panel on best practices are on top of the leader board).

It’s not too late to weigh in (or to weigh in again).
