It’s that time of year when many/most/all of us are looking to take some time off—but will you be checking in while you’re OOO—and if so, how often?
Once upon a time it seemed that always being available was a source of pride—or perhaps a business necessity. These days—perhaps assisted by the acumen honed during the pandemic—or perhaps strained by it—encouraged by growing concerns about mental health and the need to recharge away from work—folks increasingly seem inclined to limit those… intrusions.
