For Women Advisors Only

That’s right, guys — nothing here for you.

One of the truly unique things about NAPA events is that they are completely advisor-centric. You see that in the topics and speakers chosen for our events, and in the planning, agenda and steering committees associated with each and every one. Oh, lots of organizations claim to be focused on advisors — but ours are, quite literally, put together, every step of the way, by advisors.

Our newest advisor-centric event is called NAPA Connect — it’s just for women advisors who share a commitment to the retirement plan market (sorry, guys — if you’re still reading). It’s been organized by an amazing group of leaders in the retirement advisor industry — who just happen to be women.

I’m talking about people like Jania Stout, one of NAPA’s Top Women Advisor All-Stars and a former winner of the NAPA 401(k) Leadership Award; Marcy Supovitz, NAPA’s first president, now president of the American Retirement Association (and another of NAPA’s Top Women Advisor All-Stars) and Alicia Malcolm, one of NAPA’s Top Women Advisor Rising Stars. Industry leaders like Amy Glynn of GRP Advisor Alliance, NFP’s Lisa Kottler, LPL’s Christina Marschinke, and Kathleen Roche of the Commonwealth Financial Network.

I’ve had the privilege of working with all of them in a variety of projects over the years, most recently with the development and launch of our hugely successful Top Women Advisors lists last year. If there’s a group of retirement plan professionals anywhere who “gets” the unique challenges — and opportunities — for women in the retirement plan advisor space, it’s this group. And they’ve spent the last several months putting together what can only be described as an “event” for women advisors — NAPA Connect.

It’s so much more than your traditional conference. More importantly, this is not an event put together for women advisors, it’s an event put together by women advisors — and it’s all about you.

Don’t miss out on your chance to be part of this inaugural event — it will be the networking/connection event of the year for women advisors. Promise.
