TGI… (almost) 2021!

TGIF

Well, as we close out this most extraordinary year, there’s perhaps comfort to be found (we hope) in the consistent travails of the criminally stupid (and/or unlucky)… Look at what has happened to these guys and gals…

In Logan Township, New Jersey, Desmond Gould, 23, was spotted throwing a large box from the van into the woods off a local roadway… which turned out to be packages he was supposed to be delivering for Amazon… 11, in total, with a total value of $288.87… packages that he was planning to come back later and retrieve… So how did he explain this activity to the police?

In Las Vegas, Nevada, an unnamed individual made a big bet on the New England Patriots to beat the Buffalo Bills last weekend… As you may know, the Patriots fell way short of beating the Bills… So, how big a bet did this individual make?

In New York City, New York, Antonio Murdock, 31, and Brianna Greco, 23, were at LaGuardia Airport on a Delta flight bound for Atlanta… when for reasons not yet disclosed, the couple—and their service dog—decided that they wanted to get off the plane… which wouldn’t have been so bad, except the plane was taxiing at the time…

In Bedford, Pennsylvania… please note, you can almost never get out of an arrest warrant… for not paying traffic fines… by paying for it with American Express gift cards…

An unnamed man was considering getting a tattoo… Not certain what tattoo he wanted, he reached out for advice to… his mom… who responded, “If you don’t have need for one, don’t get it. Tattoos are for something important”… So, guess what he decided to do?

In a year that has seen reports of murder hornets, a pandemic, super ticks, and any number of other extraordinary events, it should perhaps come as no surprise to find out that in Queens, New York, Micheline Frederick is one of at least five people in her neighborhood that have been attacked by…

Near Macon, Georgia…well, let’s just say in any other year this would be ironic…

In Altoona, Pennsylvania, police arrested Tyler J. Bartley, 25, and Mark S. Hiles, 56, after the pair were found with me.thamphetamine inside a storage unit in the downtown area here… The former, when questioned about suspected drug paraphernalia that was sitting out in the open, told officers that his companion had me*thamphetamine inside the storage unit… Ah, but Mark had an explanation for that…

In Swansea, Illinois, an unnamed driver was arrested, his car impounded for driving 102 mph in a 45 mph zone… That said, he did have an explanation…

In East Conemaugh Borough, Pennsylvania, Chad Moore, 41, was looking for his girlfriend… and so he drove to a residence here… went to the door… and asked for her… as it turns out, it was only a “soon-to-be-girlfriend”… but what was more unusual was the vehicle he chose to arrive in… and how he gained access to it…

Have a great, long and safe holiday weekend, folks! We’ll see you in 2021!
