TGI…Thanksgiving Eve.

TGIF

Well, here we are again at the end of yet another workweek …and yet, there’s (still) no shortage of…well, just look at what happened to these guys and gals…

Image: Shutterstock.comDon't blame the turkey, here's what is really behind your Thanksgiving food coma…

In Long Grove, Illinois, town officials have already gotten into the holiday spirit…but this wreath placement could be asking for trouble…

The aptly named Center for Near Earth Object Studies (CNEOS) says that 2007 FT3 could be on a collision course with the earth…with a possible rendezvous date of October 2024 (just in time for the election!)… what are the odds? Thought you’d never ask…

And now for the main “events”:

In South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, some as yet unknown thieves broke into a tractor-trailer…and made off with cases of… huh?

In San Diego County, California, Susan Porter, 69, got a ticket in 2017 for what she claims was an exercise of her First Amendment rights…and she says she’ll take the case all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court…

In St. Louis, Missouri, an unnamed trio of individuals found themselves trapped…so they called 911…and, for a time, anyway, were rescued…of course there’s a great irony in where they found themselves caught…

In Winslow Township, New Jersey, an unnamed individual decided to leave their car running (and their door unlocked)…while he ran into Jersey Bagel about 11 am…and while he was in there, an unnamed 17-year-old teenager decided to take advantage of the situation, got in the car…and began driving away…at which point the owner of the car returned…and entered the car via the passenger door (also apparently unlocked)… so, then what happened? Well, it wasn’t pretty…
